    What becomes a gossip columnist most?

"This year's festivals aren't just the biggest or best shows in hip-hop," claims Rock the Bells founder Chang Weisberg. "They are some of the most important musical experiences overall." Lofty claims, but this hip-hop caravan's scope and lineup is enough to back them up. This year, Rock the Bells debuts on the East Coast in late July, zipping across the country for 15 shows before ending in its California birthplace later this month. Elsewhere, Rage Against the Machine reunited for three dates and Public Enemy hailed its 20th anniversary, but the Houston card is nothing to balk at: Heavyweights Nas, Wu-Tang Clan and UGK headline over able support from Pharoahe Monch, David Banner, Immortal Technique and Jedi Mind Tricks. Legendary freestyle MC Supernatural hosts the festivities alongside world-renowned beatboxer Rahzel.
