What becomes a gossip columnist most?

    By Michael Musto

Arnez J’s humor isn’t for everyone: He uses the N-word liberally, and at least once in every show he humps something. He makes fun of the differently-abled, homosexuals, white folks and God. In general, he does every politically incorrect thing you can think of. Oh yeah, and he’s hilarious. (“Florida got hit by three hurricanes in one month, can you imagine that? I don’t know who pissed Jesus off, but I think it was the brother that had the nerve to board up his house and then leave a note to the storm, ‘Bring it on!’ The next day the only thing left was the sign, and a note from Jesus, ‘Brought it, N-!’”) While his jokes are precise and cutting, it’s J’s physical comedy that is his strong point, with uproariously funny and dead-on accurate imitations of elderly relatives, formerly cool and now just arthritic, trying to dance, or someone responding to a favorite song (“It could be a drive-by, brother be dead and that one song comes on, aw hell, he’s gonna jump up, ‘That’s my song!’”) If you’re thin-skinned, stay home. If, however, you can stand some adult, risqué humor, get front row seats.
