What becomes a gossip columnist most?

At first glance, the crispy chili baby corn ($6) at Inchin's Bamboo Garden (14025 Southwest Freeway, 713-529-2245) looks a lot like Tater Tots®. One taste, however, and you'll know you're eating something else entirely — something a whole lot spicier.
