Staged in cooperation with Houston's MECA, the Red Expo at Traders Village will be filled with traditional Day of the Dead art and altars, music from performers such as Mariachi MECA, food, drinks and other colorful customary trappings. Día de los Muertos is from noon to 5 p.m.
